Kuperus Foods was founded in 2009, after Anne Kuperus discovered the potential of black garlic. What started as an introduction to chefs quickly grew into a business driven by demand for unique, high-quality ingredients.

Today, we are a specialized production partner for foodservice and industry, with our own facility in Europe. We focus on black garlic, black onion and white garlic, delivering consistent quality at scale.

Our portfolio includes sauces, aioli, black garlic pearls, and white garlic in various forms—developed for efficiency, consistency, and ease of use in professional environments.
Production & Co-Packing
We offer flexible production solutions, including pasteurized sachets and jars. In addition to our own product range, we support customers as a co-packing partner, providing pasteurization services for their products. Our processes ensure food safety, extended shelf life, and reliable performance in both foodservice and industrial applications.
Partnership & Development
We work closely with our customers to develop private label products and tailor-made solutions that fit their exact needs. With our R&D support, we help turn ideas into scalable, high-quality products ready for market.
Global Sourcing
We complement our production with carefully selected ingredients from around the world, such as black limes (loomi) from Egypt, saffron from Iran, and yuzu, sudachi, and wasabi from Japan.
